Denise Setton - President
Responsible for overall club management
Tel. (61) 3 9532 8397

Denise joined Nirkoda in 2003. Having made many new friends and gradually worked her way up to the intermediate/advanced class, she feels its time to lead the group! As she cannot teach, sing or play an instrument, she has taken on the role of President and hopes to make Nirkoda grow!

Hillary Herson - Vice President
Responsible for overall club management

Hillary started new beginner partner dancing in March 2004 with Ilana and Rosie as her teachers, and immediately ventured into the beginner circle dancing. She got the Israeli Dancing bug into her system and now attends four dance sessions a week. Hillary is a dedicated committee member.

Natalie Taft - Treasurer

Inspired by her daughters impending Batmitzvah in 2005, Natalie started beginner circle dancing with Nirkoda and has been hooked ever since. She has also recently started partner dancing and knows that she is truly addicted as she often finds herself thinking about the music and the steps in her free time! She looks forward to joining the Nirkoda committee.

Annette Bagle - Secretary

Annette came to Israeli dancing in 2001 after years of being nagged by a friend who thought she might like it. Like it? She loved it! Having spent years running away from gyms and anything that involved leotards or bathers, she literally began running towards as many dance opportunities as presented themselves. She now dances three times a week for the fabulous exercise, the beautiful music and the emotional relief it gives from the stresses of daily life.

Denise Borghi - General Committee
Tel. (61) 3 9523 1325 / 0450 926 303 (Mobile)

Denise started dancing in 1989 when she joined some of her friends at an intermediate class. Within weeks she wanted to learn every dance she saw and had a year of dancing 3-4 times per week to build up her repertoire. With her appetitive quenched and wanting to be recognisable to her family she has been dancing twice a week since then! She has been teaching since 1997.

Michal Rybalov - General Committee

Michal Rybalov started her passion for dancing in Israel when she was in primary school. Since then she has been dancing on an off. Michal joined Nirkoda in 2008 and now dances twice a week and where possible three times a week. She is very excited to be part of the Nirkoda committee and looks forward to fantastic events in 2010.

Michelle Fisher - General Committee

I began as a beginner circle dancing in 2005 with Nirkoda. Loving the music, the dance, and making new friends, I dance at every opportunity. I look forward to being on the committee, and supporting Nirkoda as it has me.
